With over seven years of industry experience, he has built a strong track record in driving strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and connecting high-net-worth individuals, trust companies, legal and accounting professionals, and international entrepreneurs with Offshore Broker’s various offshore solutions. His expertise spans business development, marketing strategy, brand positioning, client acquisition, and relationship management within the offshore finance sector.

Connor leads the company’s business development and marketing initiatives, working closely with licensed and regulated financial service providers across multiple jurisdictions. Atinata (“Ati”) Hosking is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience across offshore banking, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management.

In her current role, Ati leads all aspects of client acquisition and relationship management. She is responsible for sales closing and revenue generation, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through to payment and successful onboarding. As the primary point of contact for many clients, she ensures high service standards, proactive communication, and swift conflict resolution. In addition, she plays a key role in business development, lead generation, pipeline management, and the implementation of strategies to enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

Before joining Offshore Broker, Ati spent 17 years at Capital Security Bank Limited, a privately owned offshore bank in the Cook Islands. She began her tenure there in 2008 as a Banking Supervisor, overseeing client onboarding, SWIFT processing, and international payments. Her deep operational knowledge and leadership ability led to her appointment as Compliance and Risk Manager in 2021, a role she held for four and a half years. In that capacity, she led the bank’s regulatory compliance programme, transaction monitoring systems, and risk framework, ensuring full alignment with both domestic and international AML/CFT standards.

Ati began her career in 2003 at Southpac Trust, a leading trust company in the Cook Islands, where she held various client service and operational roles. Her professional background gives her a unique blend of regulatory insight, technical knowledge, and customer-facing experience, making her a valuable asset in both financial compliance and commercial development settings.

Melanie is an experienced administration and client support professional with over five years of experience in fiduciary and corporate administration services within the Cook Islands financial sector.

In her current role as Sales Assistant at Offshore Broker, Melanie supports the client onboarding and sales process by assisting with administration, client communications, documentation management, and operational support. She works closely with the wider team to ensure efficient coordination, accurate record keeping, and a high standard of client service throughout the sales and onboarding journey.

Prior to joining Offshore Broker, Melanie worked at Fidentem Pacific Limited (formerly Asiaciti Trust Pacific Limited), part of the international Fidentem Group, where she held the role of Administration Officer and Personal Assistant. During her time there, she developed a strong background in office administration, accounts assistance, IT support, client administration, filing and records management, and internal client file reviews. She was also responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, supporting risk management processes, contributing to ad-hoc projects, and providing direct administrative support to senior management and the Managing Director.

Melanie’s professional experience has equipped her with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and highly regulated environments. Outside of her professional career, Melanie has been actively involved in community and leadership initiatives throughout the Cook Islands. She has served as Youth Chairperson and Youth Representative Member for the Cook Islands Workers Association, as well as Secretary and Executive Member for the Cook Islands Business Professional Women (BPW) Committee.
